ö Tours of the facility, drop offs, and pick ups are done by appointment only.  Due to the expanse of the facility, we want to make sure we’re there to greet you, and not out walking or playing with a guest.

 

õ Hours for drop offs and pick ups are as follows:

 

                      Monday– Friday                 8:30am– 1:00pm and 4:30pm– 6:00pm

                      Saturday– Sunday             8:30am– noon

          

Please note: We are closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday evenings for pick-up and drop off.

           Other times may be arranged in advance if necessary; however, after hours pick-up or drop off appointments will be charged for the night.                

                            

ö A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice during non-holiday periods or less than 48 hours notice during holiday periods.  Holidays for this purpose are:  New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

 

õ Payment is due at pick up.  Early returns will be charged 50% for reserved but unused days.

 

ö Medical and Health notes:

                      Proof of all required shots and vaccinations is required, including bordatella

                      We do accept intact males and unspayed females (but not during estrus)

                      We will administer prescribed medications, including insulin and subcutaneous fluids

                      Pet owners can specify a veterinary preference for  care, or we will choose a vet at our discretion, should the need arise

 

õ To prevent a change of diet during boarding, owners are required to provide the pet’s regular food.  In lieu of that, Innova and Evo pet food (a healthy organic choice) is available for purchase by the day, or to take home
